A person who is both socially awkward and stupid (although not clinically so).
The person should be considered beyond what is now the socially unacceptable/ not politically-correct term, "retard."

Also, a leotard or unitard worn under clothes.

Bella was excited for us to meet her new friend, but after a moment of conversation, we found him to be an undertard.

Underwedgie

A wedgie that is not caused by the pants, but by a thong or other related woman's underwear that is shoved slightly up the vagina. It is uncomfortable and looks similar to the naked eye as having a wedgie or camel-toe. However, it is a lot more uncomfortable and unsettling to a woman.

1. A camel toe gone extremely wrong to the point where the underwear is shoved way past the point where it should be causing an underwedgie.

2. Similar to the nuclear wedgie (for a man) only done to a woman it is called the underwedgie.
