A common condition afflicting people who have played Ultrakill (a first-person shooter created by Arsi "Hakita" Patala), the Ultrakill demo, and/or consumed a piece of Ultrakill related media.

Common symptoms include: a strong urge to purchase thigh-high socks, a buttplug, or cat ears; insanity; hysteria; uncontrollable laughter when something perceived by the afflicted to be related to Ultrakill is mentioned

a robot with little armor and a red color scheme, with the ability to bounce light off of a mirror, except that mirror is a coin and the light is a bullet from a revolver.
