H.U.B.S.

Stands for 'Head Up Butt Syndrome.' Common among bosses and general douchebags. Someone who has H.U.B.S. always thinks they are right no matter how wrong they really are.

employee 1: "Nick said the kitchen looked like crap after you cleaned it last night"

employee 2: "Are you kidding, I bleached every inch of that kitchen, it was sparkling."

employee 1: 'Yeah, I know. Nick has an incurable case of H.U.B.S."
