When trying to describe something so fantastic that the word alone just doesn't cut it. Something so fantastic that it's fantasticness can only be equalled by the awesome power of the female mammary glands also colloquially know as tits. A combination if "tits" and the suffix "tastic". Titstastic.

tactastic

An object that is incredibly tacky, kitch etc but at the same time because it is so tacky that it is cool or funky.

Defined when on a trip to a homeware shop in Essen, some of the stuff was tacky, but we looked at the display with plates and cute little toy tigers and coined the phrase tactastic. The term just fitted the dancing flower she bought me.
