A mobile phone miser. A person that texts you, but never texts back to your reply, no matter how entertaining your reply may be. They might also call you, but should you miss this call, do not expect a second call, you are dealing with a scrooge after all.

Mr.Sexy: "You are one strange bratlington! What are you up to later?"

This text has been found in violation of H.R 3261, S.O.P.A and has been removed.

S.O.P.A stands for Stop Online Piracy Act. It was a bill introduced in October of 2011 to prevent piracy, copyright infringement, and the trafficking of counterfeit goods online. S.O.P.A was very controversial, as many accused it of limiting free speech.

I don’t know why you would need to know about this, but you can find it in a high-ranked definition of America, so hey, context!

Someone: Hey, what’s this “ This text has been found in violation of H.R 3261, S.O.P.A and has been removed. ” on the definition of America mean?
Nerd: It’s a bill passed to prevent illegal activity online.

When one of the participants in a texting conversation intentionally ignores certain questions or texts because of their lack of desire to answer the question or get involved in a conversation.

"Stop selective text responding and answer my question -- do you want to go with me to my friend Marisa's surprise mini golf birthday party?"

When you send someone a text, but you accidentally send it to someone other than the intended receiver. On purpose. Coined by Larry David.

In the accidental text on purpose, you say something like "Hey Larry, you were an asshole the other night. There's nothing wrong with her water, it's perfectly okay."

From a quantum mechanics point of view, someone is either serious or joking about the text until they get a reply.
