The best of the worst. Tool and widget retailer in the U.S. who sells heap, sketchy, one-time-use tools made only of the finest Chinesium. These products typically are all labled "Known to the state of Cancer to cause california". Other names for this retailer include "Harmful Fright Fools" and "The Usual Scumbags". Don't forget to engage your Safety Squints when using the brittle, shrapnel-sending devices purchased here.
I don't have enough money to buy a "Fap-On" tool... Guess I will head down to the usual scumbags "Harbor Freight" to purchase some cancer.

additional "freight" charge added to the bill for goods or services by an unscrupulous businessman or retail worker. For a "normal" or regular customer this charge would not be applied. However the person charged for dummy freight would appear to be of much lower than average IQ. Similar to asshole tax.
Boy the boss is going to happy with me! I just hit the last two customers for dummy freight. I'm going to get a raise!
worker :"That will be 100 dollars sir and then you have your dummy freight which brings your bill to $120."
customer: "Duh. OK."

A non trademarked version of the name Harbor freight. Coined by Derek, creator of Vice Grip Garage. Probably because Harbor Freight offers tools at dirt cheap prices, of dirt cheap quality, mostly made of Chinesium. Who of us haven't broken a H.F ratchet?
"Hey Alex, you got your Hobo Freight tools? I need to work on my Dodge Neon, and I don't care if I break something."

John: You didn't think that joke was funny?
Laura: ...
Laura: Oh, (laughing) I get it now. The punch line must have come in by freight.
