A catch-all police code, often called a 10-66, that allows police to harass anybody they don't like, often minority races or homeless people.

Look! There's one of them colored types in our rich white neighborhood. We should report him as a Suspicious Person.

Suspicious C is the abrivation for a cousin that takes pictures with your tractor and posts it on his main. He also has a weird friendship with your uncle. He is overall the life of the party even when he’s not invited. Proper sound, mad lad.

Did you see your one Suspicious C cycling down to Eamonzos gaff with a fake camera. Cause I did.

To be seriously superior to something.
