When you tell someone something in a perfectly clear voice and they don't understand it or hear it correctly. Or they may say, "what did you say?"

Your response is, "did I stutter?!" And say it in a sharp tone...

Jenn: I think you smell like a wet fart.

John: What did you say?

Jenn: Did I stutter?!

stutter butts

A case of diarrhea, usually following a night of drinking or Mexican food, in which the feces comes out in fast spurts, almost like when someone who stutters speaks and struggles to get words out smoothly.

I ate some Chipotle and had a couple of IPAs last night and woke up with the worst case of the stutter butts.
