A person or group of people who smoke toke marijuana. There are many types/references to what a "true stoner" is exactly. Main attribute of a good stoner are those who smoke out and get smoked out. Most stoners know it's good to know of different type of buds and the amt. weight in grams, kilos, lbs., ect. ... Most stoners smoke marijuana habitually, know that salvia is not marijuana by any means, know how to keep a low profile yet be open and also how to function while high.

Any sort of apparatus such as a bleecher, park bench, picnic table, and similar structures where high schoolers go to get get stoned in groups. Most commonly used stoners benches are hidden away from plain sight (like in a bush, behind a shed etc.) It is also a guarantee that all of them are covered in creative colourful graffiti as a mark left by other stoners. A sanctuary to escape the bullshit of everyday life, just make sure school security or cops aren't around to bust your ass

Stoner1: Hey man, I got some green but no where to smoke it safe.
Stoner2: Man there's the stoners bench behind the bushes at the end of the football field, no one ever sees us there.
