Combat Roleplay

A type of roleplay where 12 year old children pretend to be cool by typing extremely fast when roleplaying in a combat interaction. Most of the time you can find this act on After the Flash. This type of roleplay is favorited by virgins, edgelords, and pussies.

Combat Roleplay interaction:

Person 1: I'd walk along the road.
Person 2: "DID YOU BUMP INTO ME?!"
Person 1: "W-wha?"
Person 2: I'd slug his jaw.
Person 2: I'd deck his eye socket.
Person 2: I'd grab my gun.
Person 2: I'd load it.
Person 1: (Bro chill I just bumped into you
Person 2: (ARE YOU FALSE VOIDING ME LMAOOOOOO I AM CALLING MOD

British Roleplay

British Roleplay, usually referred to as a game server. Usually, in that server there is a lot of sexual tension between the players in that specific video game.
Once was great, and now is ruined.
A very common tactic used by a nonce to lure in the younger generation into that specific game server.

Occurs when someone stays up roleplaying until the wee hours of the morning, then spends the next day in a zombie-like state from the lack of sleep. Some more serious cases report feeling like they've been run over by a truck.

Wolf Roleplay

Wolf roleplay is were you play a personified wolf in a made up world in a made up life, usually on roleplay sites or forums.

Often times, the sites have several packs with complex hierarchies, normally led by a pair of characters a member plays.

Characters in wolf roleplay often have strange markings and powers and many times the site takes place in a place were wolves don't normally live. Most of the times, the wolf in this roleplay is the grey wolf.

Role-player

Generally A person who indulges in Roleplaying games (RPG's)that involve two or more people. popularized by the infamous Dungeons and dragons games. With the advance of computer technology, Roleplaying games and their creation is becoming something of a lost art, and therefore Role-players in the orginal sense of the word are becoming harder and harder to find.

That guy runs two games, and plays in two others.. he's quite a role-player.

(v.) To act and speak as if you are the character you're portraying. To roleplay is as much about what not to say as what TO say. It means to keep your speech in the context of the setting in which your character (or avatar) exists. Context can be defined as both time and place.

Most roleplaying that occurs is in an online setting, such as an online game, a chat room, or a message board.

(adj.) A setting in which the act of roleplaying is strongly encouraged, or even enforced.

(v.) "Do you like to roleplay?" or "I'm trying to learn how to properly roleplay my character."

(adj.) "What are the rules on this roleplay server?" or "This is strictly a roleplay chat room."
