Ramble On

Slang for a type of involuntary celibate archetype typically found on incel forums and discord servers named after an old user, either East African, Middle Eastern, South Indian or Near Eastern, "Brown" , very loud, drug addicted and goes on multiparagraph tirades against other users over minor infractures, posts personal information about other users, blackmails, ban evades, is generally very toxic and abrasive.

Watch out, better ban this guy, seems like another "ramble on".

Post-ramble

Post-ramble is the portion of the Constitution that nobody really pays attention to, while also seeming to drag on to no end. Besides having been altered numerous times, the post-ramble takes a back seat to the more heatedly debated Bill of Rights, and other amendments, as well as the Preamble.
