Lungs in the shape of turds. Also meaning lungs that are no longer functioning. It is also a term used to signal when someone has finally lost all sanity. Term used to express your anger, e.g. You fucking poolung.

"By god, your x-ray shows some turds in your chest!?"
"I'm sorry...but your husband has poolung."
Me- "Poolung!"
Random stranger 1- "Did he say 'poolung'?"
Random stranger 2- "Uh...yeah."
Random stranger 1- "Dear god, he's crazy."
Random stranger 2- "Hey, you, stop being crazy or i'll kick you hard"
