Ponnish

The feeling of knowing what to say, but not having the words to express it.

"I think I have a crush on you"
"Uhh.. uhm.. uhh..."
In this example, person 2 wants to say something along the lines of "I like you too", but cannot form a sentence to say it. They are ponnished.

kurya pongi

This word is commonly used by Rwandan youth to say "am going to sleep or to sleep".
So, pongi is a ligala word that means sleep and kurya means eating in kinyarwanda but its usually used by many as "to"(in itself is a slung).

Person 1: ko usa nkunaniwe bro?
person 2: mvuye kurya pongi bro!

Ponis

A PONIS is the long, stringy ponytail found on (usually) older men, aging hippy types, typically with thinning hair (or just about NO hair), where each existing strand is lovingly washed and tended so that it can be carefully included in the skinny ponis, the purpose of which is to show that the bearer is still hip, still cool, and maybe still a bit virile. A ponis rarely looks good, often looks ratty, and should usually be CUT OFF!!

1. George Washington sent 13,000 troops to suppress a few hundred drunk farmers in the Whiskey Rebellion. Needless to say, it was a pwngistic event.

2. The competition at the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics was wiped out by the pwngistic Michael Phelps who won 8 gold medals that year.
