Polyseismic

The coexistence of many possible gastric effects of tacos and other spicy and/or strange foods.

Those tacos are polyseismic. Sometimes they cause me massive diarrhea, while other times I notice little discomfort.

John: Let's get some lunch. Ethiopian?
Joe: Doesn't that stuff hurt your stomach?
John: Well, not always; Ethiopian cuisine is pretty polyseismic for me.
