2) Short, anoying, balding photographer with a taste for long lenses.

A group of people or gangstalkers that follow a person around secretly. Take pictures, hack their phones, anything to make their life miserable.

papanazzi

Noun. Portmanteau of "paparazzi" and "nazi." Refers to aggressive and persistent press trying to photograph celebrities. Crowds tend to cheer when celebrities punch them. May also refer to paparazzi who stand by and keep the cameras rolling while sh!t hits the fan because that's their sadistic duty.

Meg: “Did you see where Bjork attacked that reporter?”
Reg: “Yeah, but those papanazzis were bugging her.”
Meg: “... they kept filming, didn’t they?”

Paparazzi

There are two definitions.

1.) The 4th released song by American pop music artist Lady GaGa.

2.) Term used in America for people with cameras that basically stalk a celebrity and take pictures of them. Italian for " annoying bug".

2.) I can't believe when Tiger Woods left the grocery store there was no paparazzi to take pictures of him!

When a person of social recognition (or status) steps into the public eye incognito, or just plain well dressed, knowing in full that the paparazzi will indeed be there. Just to give the camera a taste of their FABulous personal life, for publicity of course!
