Panya is the center. The light. To be a Panya is to be beautiful, in an unconventional, almost intimidating way. Panya usualy refers to a woman. She is smart, beautiful and very funny. An individual lacking pubic hair, usually depicted as female. This does not nessicarily mean that the individuals hair was removed, it can also mean pre-pubescent.

The main character in the Manga/Anime "Ghosttalker's Daydream" is described as paipan but does not shave, she simply has never developed pubic hair.

PIYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAW!

When Howard Dean was campaigning for the 2004 Presidential election he blew it during a speech. He got all excited and started naming off states he was going to win, then at a key moment he yelled PIYAAAAAAAAAAAAAW! He blew it.

This incident was parodied on Chappelle's show. It was quite hilarious.

Howard Dean: We're gonna go to New Hampshire, then Wisconsin, then Utah, then Connecticut, Then I'm gonna go home, see my wife, and PIYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAW! PIYAW PIYAW PIYAW!
