A small, dirty little town in Idaho. School colors are black and white and their mascot is the pirate. Kids in surrounding areas know this school for it's druggy reputation. They also generally dont accel at sports and are ranked at the bottom of the list for education in the state. If you want to move into the area, go to either New Plymouth or, yes, even Fruitland instead.

Payette guy: Hey! dude wanna go smoke some dope?

New Plymouth Guy: no, I don't do that man. I'm gonna go play BBall

Something you eat/drink BEFORE you take a shot (rather than after) to ease the consumption of the foul tasting alcohol. Examples include a non-centered triangular sector of a lemon right before chugging a vodka + LLB.

WOAH before you drink that shot eat this Palette-Preanser, man! I'd hate for you to not be able to down that foul tasting shot of alcohol because you didn't eat the Palette-Preanser.
