Extemely similar to the phrase "no homo".

When a gay man or woman sees th other sex as sexy or hot they follow up the comment with "no hetro"

No Hetero™

Similar to no homo, but works for the opposite gender. Used to compliment someone's look in a way that it is sure that the comment is not to suggest sexual interest in them. Use No Hetero™ when you want to compliment a person of opposite gender who is looking great, in a sure what that you do not imply having a crush on them. Just insert No Hetero™ in the sentence to enhance your compliment in a way that it drags no awkwardness behind as a consequence of misunderstanding.

1 - Proper example
Informed complimenter: hey X those shoes look great on you, No Hetero™ though
Receiver: thank you, I appreciate that you like them without wanting to slip it in on this table right here

2 - Incorrect use (sexual use distorts effect)
Complimenter: woah bae fuckable face, No Hetero™
Receiver: I shall now deem you a creep

What a LGBTQ+ person says to a heterosexual person when they say something not LGBTQ.It's like no homo, but for a LGBTQ human to a straight human
