Moffettology

A particular type of story telling that is often rambling and maddeningly incoherent. Often best deciphered by only reading every third or fourth word. Sometimes it is best to keep reading until something, or ANYTHING makes sense.

Sometimes, if I haven't slept well for a few days, Moffettology might be the only way to express my thoughts and feelings.

moffended

"mock" + "offended". Someone is moffended when they are only pretending to be upset or angry at someone else. They aren't ACTUALLY offended, but maybe just a little, and want to make the person feel guilty while keeping things light-hearted.

1) David: Sarah, I'm sorry I called you trashy. I didn't mean it.

Sarah: Oh it's ok, I wasn't REALLY upset, I was just moffended.

2) Warren: I can't believe you would do that to me!

Caleb: Oh please, I know you aren't mad - you're just moffended!

Verb (past tense): To lightly or forcefully push the back of someone's head whether aggressively or as a gesture of endearment.

That bitch just muffed me.

A Norwegian slang word for the drug Morphine. It was used in the title of a Turbonegro song; Prima Moffe (Great Morphine).
