Some how manages to date girls ten times hotter than himself but can make them dump him with ease. Drinks his weight in alcohol. A poser, the guy you never want at a party because he tries too hard to be considered cool. Claims to be a nice boy but puts shame to all of the nice men of America. A shallow, inconsiderate, fake, arrogant, and often annoying person that drowns the people around him in bullshit.

Person A : Hey did you see Kegan last night?

Person B : Plastered as always. It's so unattractive. Why does his gf stay with him. A pretty girl like her shouldn't be with a nasty dude like him.

Person A : No clue. Don't even worry about it though. She'll leave him soon enough when she sees how fake and gross he really is.

A very feminine man who believes video games are the solution to all problems. Kegan diet

A Kegan diet is a combination of Keto and Vegan diets. You eat fruits and vegetables and and saturated fats from coconut oil and other vegetables and eat keto. Eating very low carb to the point of keto and only eating fruits and vegetables and coconut oil.

I went on a Kegan diet and lost 35 pounds and gained 10 pounds of muscle mass.
