Ignorant Male Syndrome. PMS for guys. The grouchyness, bitching and complaining. Swearing, and throwing fits for no reason. IMS happens at least once a day. Rather then once a month for PMS. And unlike women, the men usually have no reason for there actions. Just excuses.
ie. a woman experiencing PMS, usually resulting from PMS or a man. A man, on the other hand, experiencing IMS because his wife won't bring him a beer.

Ineffective Meeting Syndrome or IMS is the automatic selection of a calendar invite without any conscious thought. Choosing a meeting because you lack the creativity to think about how else to get what you need to be accomplished. Resulting in meetings without agendas, purpose, interest or follow-up.
This morning I fell asleep in front of my coworkers from a bad case of IMS.
The all-hands meeting had over half the team lined up for the bathroom from IMS.
