Chip-impatience

The moment when you have your chip in hand waiting to dip, but the person who I already dipping is taking too long, and you eat your chip dipless.

Usually happens when someone breaks their chip in the dip and has to retrieve it with the remainder of the chip in hand. Due to chip-impatience you decide to devour the chip you currently have in your hand, with no dip, then resume your turn at the dip with a new chip ready to go when they are done.

Impatient Flusher

A person who flushes the toilet while they are peeing expecting to finish peeing prior to the conclusion of the flush only to find their strong stream goes longer than expected.

I hear Steve flush the toilet, but when I go in there the water's yellow. He's an impatient flusher.
