Gumper ; Is A person who gumps. which is a person whom will persuade by performing a sexual act, usually fellatio but not limited to, to acquire or gain something they need . Often placed in the same group as puddle sluts, drug whore but really quite different. The main difference is a gumper, trades sexual favors for other things besides drugs or substance, but more focused on trading for other services or granted access to something not normally accessible by the sexual favor giver.
