An elderly/old person, man or woman. Has many wrinkles. Generally in the upper 60's. A grandmother or grandfather.

A person that just sleeps on the couch all day and smokes weed. This person will also eat all of your food, and very rarely uses the restroom. They also have bad hygiene, and are usually Jewish.

Alternate saying to {get your hands dirty}
Can also be used as a silly universal slang to encourage (or persuade others) to do something they don't want/lack the courage to do. Or just talk trash to the enemy running away after an intense CQB
