An insult, often made jokingly and mostly on the internet. The '3000' refers to how some advertisers used to think putting '3000' or '2000' behind everything would make it cool.

Gaylord Perry

Hall of Fame baseball pitcher (inducted in 1991) who won 314 games and pitched for 8 teams, chiefly with the San Francisco Giants. He is best known for throwing spitballs, an illegal pitch doctored with foreign substances.
