A person who takes existing fonts and adds little dealios, and embellishments all the while tweaking to rave music.

font fever

In instant messaging, when one copies and pastes into an IM and for the rest of the conversation (or until he or she closes the IM window), his or her typing is stuck in the font and/or color of the pasted selection. Often abbreviated as "ff."

(In this example, CAPS lock denotes a different font)

Laura821: Hahaha look! JONAS BROTHERS' MOM SAYS 'THEY ARE MEN. THEY HAVE DESIRES.'

A person who uses an excessive variety of font styles in a document or web page, including bold, italics, pitch, faces, and color. They usually think it adds interest and variety to the page or document; most readers typically find it distracting and "busy".

That web page really hurt my eyes; the font whore who designed it really went too far.

Font Rape

An expression most commonly used on AOL Instant Messenger. When one person copies another's words (using CTRL+C), and pastes them into the text box, it changes their own font. Anything said after copy/pasting is then in the font of the person they copied from.
