Rup Flepp is used to express mixed feelings. Its definition is not important insofar as to say that rup flepp can be used in any context and have many different meanings.

1. Pissed off - "Rup Flepp!"
2. Confused - "Rup Flepp??"
3. Surprised - "Rup Flepp!!"
4. Cold - "r-r-r-rup fle-le-lep"
