Fuff
“Fuck you fucking faggot”, used across South Florida generally said when responding to Tourists or Snow Birds along with a correct response to their question after. People will also just say the acronym passing people down the street. When directed at someone who probably knows the term the use is for humor otherwise it is meant for expressing feelings towards them without the person comprehending.

In the film 'Goodfellas', Tommy calls Billy a "fake tough guy" during their late night club confrontation. (Go get your fucking shinebox!) This was the genesis of my term, which I've been using since. Billy Batts was a "fuff guy".

Used to describe the inevitability of desirable (i.e hot) women having grotesque, often obese women befriend them, and therefore having these 'Fuffs'tag along with them at various gatherings such as clubs and parties (The end result being innocent men out looking for a piece of some fine poon getting frustrated to no end)

Muff-fuff-in
When referring to someone you think of as appealing, usually a guy, he can be called a 'Muffin'. But when you find a really cute guy, he is sometimes worth more than the simple two syllable word of 'muffin'. Worth so much more, in fact, that he deserves another syllable to the word 'muffin'. Thus equaling muff-fuff-in.
"Oh my god. Jacob is my Mr. Gorgeous, but TOMAS oh my god, he is my MUFF-FUFF-IN."
