DIVE!!!!

a form of practical joke played on someone. usually containing an element of untruth. causing the receiver to look gullible.

This is referred to as a 'dive'. usually when a 'dive!!!!' is performed, the end is signified with a 'waaaaayyy!' sound and the mime of a dive into a swimming pool.

To begin taking a shit while still hovering over the toilet and quickly sitting down. This usually hits the target, but sometimes shit lands outside the target causing coscateral damage.

A well-worn, unglamorous bar, often serving a cheap, simple selection of drinks to a regular clientele.

The term can describe anything from a comfortable-but-basic neighborhood pub to the nastiest swill-slinging hole.

You don't need to dress up; we're just going to the dive bar down the street.

Man, that place is such a dive bar... Don't go in unless you plan to burn your clothes afterwards.

To seduce an ugly girl so that your buddy can score with her attractive friend. This expression comes from the act of war-time bravery where a soldier would sacrifice himself to save his buddies. If you're out on the prowl with a mate and he is making progress with a fox, it is his friend's duty to chat up and seduce the pretty girl's ugly friend so that your buddy is free to leave with the hotty.
