Short for d'ebutante, a term for the subject of a coming of age event in which a young girl "makes her debut into society." Often in a very formal context. Can be defined by the trained edge at which they interact with others and portray themselves.
In this shorter version it can be:
1 n. A sassy remark on the noticable effort another puts into their appearance/presentation.
2 adj. The act of preparing for a big entrance.
3 n. A word that an actual debutante would use if they were feeling rebellious.

1 Honey, stop being such a deb before I rip your fake eyelashes out.
2 Deb me up.
3 The debs and I are going to sneak in a couple of 40s to the country club tonight.

Once in a millenium a woman is born who is both beautiful and fun to tickle under a shady tree. The person I am talking about is of course the most eligible bachelorette in the Northern Hemisphere. A woman of both grace and Christian morals, she is held in the highest regard worldwide. She certainly is the human race's finest being.

Another word for "bitched." Like when someone doesn't talk to you, gives you a smartass answer, or if you are a very very bitchy probation officer.
(1)
You are in the waiting room when someone calls your name, holding the door open. As soon as you get close to the door, they slam it in your face. You have been debbed.
(2)
You are with someone of authority (i.e. a teacher) and they drop some papers. You look at them politely and ask "Did you want me to pick those up?" They look back with only their eyes over their glasses and say, "Yes," in a tone of "you should have known to just do it." You've been debbed.

A short for debby downer.
1. A outwardly depressed male or female; under any circumstance, this person's main objective is to trash, ruine, spoil, muck-up, jack-up, and in many cases absolutely KILL your joy.
2. A person who has mastered the art of self-pitty; will go to great lengths to get anyone who will listen, to feel as depressed as they feel.
The name is a character from a skit on a show called Saturday Night Live.
