(person) - Head position at the "Truth Commision" Department under President Joe Biden. This position and department was created to inform the American citizens about what information is "true." Modeled after similar successful programs in prosperous countries such as North Korea, East Germany, Russia, and China this program seeks to "reeducate" citizens that have "incorrect" information or beliefs.

A Chip-Czar is a person, generally one who is quite high/stoned, who has taken control of a majority of the bags of chips in the house. Sitting with multiple bags in their arms, they will alternate taking handfuls of chips from each and stuffing their face.

The dude who will coordinate the nation's efforts to protect government and private computer systems from hackers, criminal gangs, terrorists and spies.

This czar will report to both the national security adviser and the head of the National Economic Council.

This particular czar has been created by the Obama administration in 2009.

Paul: Wow, ever since this conficker scare, the government has been upping up it's computer securities.
Adam: Yeah, it's big government, too. Obamas making arbitrary posts and wasting money.
