Costicles

Testicles which resemble peanuts; the issue is often complicated by a tight scrot bag.
Common in those of Greek descent, therefore often disguised by a thick bush.
Men displaying costicles are known to avoid wearing budgie smugglers without the aid of a rolled up pair of socks.

In gaming, it is synonymous to "cooldowns" or "CDs". It refers to abilities or items that require a set amount of time to pass before being used again. Typically they are damage buffs, healing boons, or damage mitigation abilities depending on the role being played.
