It was featured in the media sometime in the 1990s when a group of high school seniors from Napa, California were seriously injured after a water slide partially collapsed due to the weight; one unfortunate young woman died at a local hospital, and many others were left with permanent disabilities including partial paralysis, brain damage and nerve pain.
Before a high school graduation:
