Cinder Block Shoes

Usually referred to people who tend to stomp upstairs or walk unnecessarily loud.

"Girl, I know you are on your way upstairs in no hurry, with all that noise you must be wearing some cinder block shoes."

"Oh honey, I'd take off those cinder block shoes before you even think about trying to quietly sneak past me ."

"My upstairs neighbor 'sumo-stomps' around all day, I know they must be wearing their cinder block shoes."

Lucky Cinder-Block

A) The Lucky Cinder-Block is a fictitious object carried by backpackers and students. It represents any extremely heavy object carried for no particular reason.
B) Any useless, weighty, or otherwise pointless object occupying an inordinate amount of space in a backpack.

Steve: Hey Joe, Why is your backpack so heavy?
Joe: I don't know.
Steve: Dude, you brought your lucky cinder-block along didn't you?

Cinder Block Sit Down

A sexual act were a funnel is lodged into one partner's sphincter while laying face down making a 45 degree angle with their body. The other partner then proceeds to poor cement into the lodged funnel. This causes a chemical reaction with the rectum and begins to solidify the cement into hardened concrete. After undergoing surgery a perfect mold of the human rectum as a result.

Poor Sam couldn't handle the cinder block sit down, but now I have this nifty paper weight.

Cinder Block

A basketball player who takes a shot that is so awful that "brick" doesn't due it justice. Rather it is a "Cinder Block".

Context: Playground basketball game

Big Dawg: "TJ please stop firing up those bricks!"

Diesel: "Man brick doesn't even begin to describe how bad those shots were. Those are Cinder Blocks!"

Make him squat with his feet on a pair of cinder blocks, then take your two strongest flicking fingers and just go "thunk-thwap-thunk- thwap" as hard as you can against anything dangly you might find.
