So, they're waiting for the camera crews to come out laughing. The phrase can be used as a result of a ridiculous statement, event, or altercation with another person.

Woman: Would you like to sign a petition to end the sexual exploitation of dairy cows, who are being assaulted every time they are milked without their consent?
