roll hierarchy as follows:
1. triples: 1s highest, 2s lowest
2. straights: 456 highest, 123 lowest
3. doubles: 1s highest, 2s lowest (on tie, highest extra die wins)
4. butkis (odds and evens): 246 high, 135 low
5. butkis: all remaining garbage rolls (on multiple butkis, highest total wins)

Human: Hey man, wana play a few games of butkis?
Other human: For sure, lets hope i dont roll butkis.
