buttshoe

A metaphorical horseshoe which can be found by looking inside one's butt. It signifies an unusual manifestation of luck, as represented by a horseshoe shoved so far up one's rectum that luck has diffused from the large intestine into the subject's circulatory system.

Not to be confused with a butt plug. If the horseshoe is not in fact metaphorical, then you should meta-literally get yourself to the doctor.
