Origionally a french word meaning shake, it has been adapted to be another word for masterbating, specifficly male. Can also be used as a single word sentance.

Sometimes associated with classy masterbation in the case of being a "Branleheur le France"

This word is very commonly used by many members of the TT forums with an overuse by the member JBII who has dedicated his life to branleh
