Carte blanche literally means "blank check." It is a term used when person A does a favor for person B and in return requests carte blanche (aka, a promised favor in the future.) Just like a blank check can be any amount, carte blanche could could be any range of favors.

Bishop Blanchet High School is a private catholic school in Seattle WA. This school is like a boiling pit of racism spilling over onto the floor. The white boys at this school are the most peanut brained carrot dicked motherfuckers that do not give a fuck about anything or think about anything without their “m***o sized” cocks. The girls will cry and whine over a couple dents in their precious hydroflasks and gossip about people 24/7 or what they will wear to a party that weekend. Every white girl wears brandy mellville so they all look the same and it’s hilarious. There was a gun threat because some dumbass brought a bullet to school and the white ass teacher didnt do shit about it and he didnt even get suspended.

Blanched

To be completely belligerent or inebriated as a result of consuming too much alcohol. This word is used to describe drunkenness for two reasons. 1) The word itself just sounds like it means shit faced. 2) The actual meaning of the word defines a cooking method in which food is dunked in hot, then cold water to loosen the skin. The metaphor being, saturating something in liquid unit it changes.
