The phenoteical form of the acronym B.B. in the V.V , which stands for boom boom in the vroom vroom. Boom Boom in the vroom vroom is simply the act of having sex in the car. It may also be defined as fucking, screwing, boning, and the like. However it can not be defined as making love, as you can not make love in a vehicle.
