Space-elves with a superiority complex that nearly went extinct due to said superiority complex.
But can be more accurately defined as:
A race highly superior to humans - referred to by Aeldari as Mon-Keigh - that are elf-like in nature and experience everything - senses, emotions, etc. - in much higher definition. It was by this that they became complacent and sunk lower and lower into debauchery. This debauchery birthed a Chaos goddess, Slaanesh, who wiped out their great empire.

Apeldoorn has a large inner city and a huge mall. There many people to be seen from different places. There are alot of buildings, there are many appartments and alot of neighborhoods are pretty rough.
Apeldoorn is a dangerous city to go to espicially in the evenings, there are many crimes committed.
Nearby Apeldoorn there is a beauitful forest with an anazing environment.
