In Ghanaian Pidgin, it is a term used to celebrate profound joy, Ampofoooo is also commonly used in the context of smoking marijuana, or ganja as a congratulatory word to a first-time smoker or a regular stoner. It's usually said when someone lights up a joint or starts puffing.
