This term is used to describe places along the lines of unethical safaris in Kenya, certain all-inclusive resorts in India, and fortress-like compounds in areas like Cape Town, etc, which are built directly in the center of impoverished and economically destitute geographic areas. Luxury ghettos are blood-sucking establishments that exist solely for the daillances of the wealthy, while the surrounding land receives little to no economic benefit.

A Ghetto Beast is a person that is ghetto to the max . Loud ,Rude crude . Someone who is uncouth . Someone who know little of the world out side of the ghetto . Doesn't know and doesn't want to know . Poorly educated and proud of it .

A Ghetto Beast is person that go's to the store and buys a 40 oz and drinks it as he is walking down the street . A Woman that has four kids by four different men . All in Prison . Poor grammar . And has a attitude . A Man that has lots of kids by different Women and has not paid a dime of child support and sits around all day playing Xbox or Playstation . Has no food in the house but has a pack of cigarettes and beer . And none of them see nothing wrong with it .
