Common exhibitors of stealth doucheness are outside sales representatives, apartment leasing managers, college fraternity presidents, and automotive salesmen. While more commonly seen in males, females may also exhibit stealth doucheness, yet females with the condition are typically referred to as backstabbing beyotches.

I thought Sam was cool at first. He always brought beer to the office party and looked the other way when I was cruising online instead of working. But the dude is a stealth douche - he suddenly ratted me out to HR and now I'm on probation.

a synonym for douchebag, but in a more extreme case. Individuals who wear sunglasses at night and use ipads to type term papers. Douche lozenges do not make any attempt to hide their doucheyness and make a point of telling others how much better than you they are since they studied abroad while you were working to pay rent.

Is that dude really wearing a t-shirt that says "i put out" in 2010? ...what a douche lozenge.
