This term can be globally recognized for describing a nuisance brought upon by extremism.

In historical usage, white trash referred to an economically disadvantaged and uneducated white person who lacks manners and who has substandard living practices. It's often used as an insult directed at a white person regardless of the white person's social standing, income, or education.

A woman with 8 kids by 4 different men. A person who thinks they're "magical". A woman who claims her kids are the most important thing in her life but it's really weed and whatever dude she's banging at the time. Constantly moving from place to place therefore never giving her kids the opportunity to grow up in a stable environment.
