Post-ramble is the portion of the Constitution that nobody really pays attention to, while also seeming to drag on to no end. Besides having been altered numerous times, the post-ramble takes a back seat to the more heatedly debated Bill of Rights, and other amendments, as well as the Preamble.
Bob: Did you know that at one time, Black people were considered 3/5 of a person?
Ted: Yes, but it doesn't matter anyway. First, that was amended, and secondly, it was in the Post-ramble, so it isn't like it would really be discussed.

Can either be:
1) When someone posts the exact same thing twice in a row.
2) When someone posts something then, rather than using the "edit" button, posts an elaboration or similar right after the 1st.
3) Simply two posts by the same member, regardless of reason, after each other.

1)
person1: I am cool...
person1: I am cool...
person2: aaargh double post!
2)
person1: how good is an 8800?
person1: wait I mean an 8800GTX?
person2: try using 'edit' next time.
3)
person1: I am cool...
person1: I like sausages...
person2: idiot!

To chill or stand at a spot (like a club or a street corner etc). To claim a spot. The term came from drug dealers on street corners, like light posts and street posts, and there you have it POST UP!

(n) an entry posted to urbandictionary.com with a strong editorial slant that mysteriously never appears on the website
Despite having received confirmation of my definition for "one-termer" and a message that the definition will appear in the next 24 hours, it never does. Considering the level of incoherent gibberish that does get posted, one has to wonder how my entry became a ghost post. Can an entry be posted, recommended for deletion, voted on, and deleted in less than 48 hours? I seriously doubt it.
(Chances are you won't see this definition either.)

Irony beyond the scope of existential (postmodern) irony. Usually falls into the scope of aesthetic nihilism (skeuomorphism (memes)) or ironic consciousness (conscious irony).
