A term used to describe the people of East Asia, that is no longer considered politically correct in general usage, but is still used by anthropologists. It derives from the mistaken belief that the East Asian racial type originated in Mongolia.

Some experts classify Native Americans as Mongoloid while others classify them as a separate race.

Mongolico

From Spanish (mostly used in Spain), a derogatory word for someone with down-syndrome (Mongolism); English equivalent of mongo. It also can be used for retard, dumbass, spasty, jerk, junkhead etc. Mostly describes a person with very low IQ and behaving stupidly all day.

Que te pasa? Eres mongolico? What's wrong with you? Are you a mongo (mongolico)?
