Shippensburg

Shippensburg is a borough in Cumberland and Franklin counties in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. Shippensburg is also home to Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, one of 14 universities of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education. The University is known for its excellent Education, Psychology, Business, and Communications Programs.
