Two meanings:
1. Something is shit and is not approved of by the person saying it
2. Something is the best and is commonly loved by a lot of people
The ambiguity of the word is its purpose

"Did you see you the recent protest?'
"Yeah it was so rogue."
"What did you mean by that?"
"You'll have to guess."

Rogue Boning

1) plastic stays or “boning” within a corset or bra that come loose or move out of place, resulting in bruising, soreness or hairline fractures of the ribs;

2) often unplanned, extraordinary sexual encounters of the circus kind.

1) After hearing something snap and feeling a sharp stab, I realized rogue boning was responsible for the discomfort in my bra.

2) Seatbelts, center consoles and the tight space of the Corvette never kept me and my guy from a little rogue boning, if you know what I mean.

A mainstream conformist who verbally harrasses alternative people for what they're wearing. Particularly on the street. Example- 'A Rogue Clone verbally harrassed the Goth for wearing black as they passed by.'
