Used informally to refer to something or some situation that is egregious. It is a combination of the exclamation "nuts" and the adjective ridiculous.

$46.50 for a stack of colored paper? That's nuts ridiculoso!

This is nuts ridiculoso! I got a ticket and the car was only there for three minutes!
